1. What types of lamps does Cresthollow offer? We offer a wide variety of beautiful lighting, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your lamps high-quality and safe? Yes! All our lamps are UL/ETL certified where applicable, use energy-efficient bulbs (compatible with LED), and are made with sturdy, premium materials designed for safe, long-term home use.

7. How do I care for my lamps?

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Use recommended bulb wattage only.
  • For fabric shades: Dust regularly and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
